Account Type

Homeowner	This account is meant for homeowners - with it, you can view all permits and plans associated with your home address. You can also submit new plans, pull new permits for some types of work, and request inspections at that address.
Contractor	This account is meant for contractor licensees. To set up your contractor account, you will need your RBD-assigned contractor ID and the last four numbers of your SSN. Apply for an RBD-assigned contractor ID if you do not yet have one. If you are not the license holder, and wish to set up an associate (permit puller) account, please contact the license holder on file with RBD in order to send you an account invitation.
Government Agency	This account is meant for government agency employees. You will be able to log on immediately with this account, but you will only have standard account permissions to begin with. Once you verify your email address, an email will be automatically sent to Support with a request to convert this account to have government permissions.
Other	This account is meant for architects, realtors, engineers, property managers, land developers, and others who want to submit e-plans, or have an easily-accessible list of watched addresses for viewing permit information or recent activity.

Enter the Address for your primary residence. This should be a home that you both own and reside in. Once you have created an account, you can add additional properties that you own but are not your primary residence.
